Thomas W. has extensive experience in client relationship management and operational leadership, currently serving as VP, Hub Leader at Synchrony since July 2015. Prior to Synchrony, Thomas worked as Customer Service Manager at GE Capital from October 2013 to July 2015. Thomas earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Management from Wright State University between 2006 and 2010.
