Yadira Hernandez

Yadira Hernandez is an accomplished professional in the field of advertising operations, currently serving as Vice President of Ad Operations at Synchrony since June 2021. Prior to this role, Yadira held various positions at Zimmerman Advertising from July 2016 to June 2021, including Associate Director and Senior Manager of Digital Ad Operations. Earlier experience includes the role of Trafficking Director at Havas Media Group from January 2014 to May 2016, and Traffic Manager at Batanga Media from May 2013 to January 2014. Yadira began a career in media operations at SapientNitro, working as a Senior Associate from May 2005 to February 2013. Yadira holds two master's degrees from Keller Graduate School of Management, one in Public Administration with a concentration in Government and the other in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing, along with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University.
