Sebastian Hartweg

Postdoctoral Researcher at SYNCHROTRON SOLEIL

Sebastian Hartweg has a diverse work experience in the field of research and academia. Sebastian is currently employed as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Synchrotron SOLEIL since September 2019. Prior to that, they worked as a PHD Student at ETH Zürich from May 2015 to June 2019. Sebastian also served as a Board Member at VSETH - Verband der Studierenden an der ETH from November 2012 to September 2013. In addition, they gained teaching experience as a Teaching Assistant at ETH Zürich from September 2012 to May 2013 and also worked as an Assistant in public relations from November 2011 to October 2012.

Sebastian Hartweg has a strong educational background in interdisciplinary sciences. Sebastian began their academic journey in 2009 at ETH Zürich, where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Interdisciplinary Sciences in 2013. Building on this foundation, they pursued a Master of Science degree in the same field at ETH Zürich from 2012 to 2015. Sebastian's passion for knowledge did not stop there, as they then went on to complete their Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Physical Chemistry from 2015 to 2019, also at ETH Zürich.
