Arturo Marquez Arroyo

Arturo Marquez Arroyo is an experienced operations manager currently serving as Gerente general de operaciones at SYNCREON since February 2016, overseeing key operational processes for Audi's export plant, achieving 100% compliance with client indicators in 2022, and maintaining a zero-cost record for air freight delays. Previously, Arturo held the role of Gerente calidad y planeación de empaque, where notable accomplishments included the green light approval in the logistics plant audit by VW AG and obtaining VDA 6.3 Auditor certification. Arturo's career includes experiences with Volkswagen de Mexico as Especialista en control de producción, where Arturo implemented projects to enhance production efficiency, and a brief role at BASF as a Lean Manufacturing intern. Arturo began the professional journey at Walt Disney World as a merchandiser, enhancing customer service skills.
