Jana Gaytan

Jana Gaytan has a diverse work experience spanning over 17 years. Jana currently holds the position of Director of Partner Success at Syncro, a role they have been in since April 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Senior Account Executive and Account Executive at the same company from November 2020 to January 2022 and January 2022 to present, respectively.

Before joining Syncro, Jana worked at Penske Automotive Group for nearly 8 years, starting in July 2012. During their time there, they served as a Finance Manager from December 2013 to November 2020, and as an Audi Brand Specialist from July 2012 to December 2013. As an Audi Brand Specialist, they excelled in cultivating new customer relationships and exceeding monthly vehicle sales quotas.

Jana worked as an Accounting Clerk at Workin.com from December 2011 to May 2012 and as an Assistant Event Planner/Business Development Assistant at Coastside Couture from September 2010 to May 2012. Before that, they were a Retail Sales Associate at Bunny's Shoes from May 2009 to September 2010. Jana also worked as a Deck Manager/Swim Instructor at the American Swim Academy from September 2006 to September 2008.
