Tom White is a highly experienced software engineer and agile coach with a robust background in software development, management, and strategic planning. Currently serving as a Senior Software Engineer at Syncro since December 2019, Tom specializes in user-centric software development using Ruby on Rails and React. Prior experience includes a significant role as Senior Manager of Software Engineering at Ascension Press, where Tom oversaw diverse departments and led the consolidation of web properties.
