Charlotte Sallmén is the Director of Customer Success for EMEA & APJ. Prior to this role, they held several positions at Syncron, including Senior Manager and Principal Consultant, and worked as a Supply Chain Management Consultant. Charlotte completed a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from The Faculty of Engineering at Lund University and also pursued studies in Industrial Engineering and Management, Supply Chain Management, Marketing, and Entrepreneurship at Instituto Superior Técnico. Additionally, they contributed to Nerderman AB as a Master Thesis researcher.
