Karolina Sznajder

Karolina Sznajder serves as the Global Legal Counsel and a Senior Leadership Committee Member at Syncron since April 2015, leading the legal team in providing comprehensive legal support across Europe, Asia, and the US, with a focus on contract drafting, negotiation, commercial law, employment law, and intellectual property issues. Prior experience includes a role as an Associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers Legal Szurmińska-Jaworska Sp.k. from November 2009 to March 2015, where significant projects involved legal advice on AML processes, the implementation of banking directives, corporate restructuring, and employment law compliance. Karolina's earlier career includes positions in risk management and litigation support at PwC and Wardyński i Wspólnicy sp.k., respectively. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Law from Uniwersytet Szczeciński and postgraduate studies in Law of New Technologies from Kozminski University.
