Satyabrata Pati

Satyabrata Pati is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in instructional design and learning leadership, currently serving as Global Director of Learning at Syncron since August 2016. At Syncron, Satyabrata has played a pivotal role in driving customized training development, partner enablement, and curriculum management for global clients, and previously held positions as Global Head and Manager of Learning within the company. Prior experience includes notable roles at JDA Software, Avaya, Progress Software, SQL Star International, and Globarena Technologies, where Satyabrata contributed significantly to the establishment of training programs and educational initiatives. Satyabrata's educational credentials include an Executive Diploma in Advanced Management from XLRI Jamshedpur, an Executive Program in Human Resource Management from the Indian Institute of Management Lucknow, and a Master’s degree in English Literature from Berhampur University.
