Sean Hildebrand is currently the VP of Engineering at Synctera, where Sean is building the future of fintech. Prior to this, Sean held positions such as Engineering Manager at Taplytics, Engineering Manager at Instacart, Technical Lead Manager at KOHO, and Senior Backend Developer at Figure 1. Sean has experience in leading teams, overseeing cross-team initiatives, and revamping engineering hiring processes to facilitate rapid growth within organizations. Sean also has a background in providing systems expertise as a DevOps Engineer.
