Ophelia Yin

Ophelia Yin serves as the Vice President and Head of Clinical Pharmacology, DMPK, and Bioanalysis at Syndax Pharmaceuticals since June 2025, where responsibilities include managing the Clinical Pharmacology Department and providing strategic leadership in model-informed drug development. Prior to this role, Ophelia held the position of Vice President and Head of Clinical Pharmacology at iTeos Therapeutics from May 2023 to June 2025, and led the Pharmacometrics function at Agios Pharmaceuticals from November 2020 to May 2023. Ophelia's extensive career also includes significant leadership roles at Daiichi Sankyo, Inc., and Novartis Oncology, focusing on advanced pharmacometrics and clinical pharmacology strategies. Ophelia's academic background includes serving as an Assistant Professor at the Chinese University of Hong Kong, where a research program in clinical pharmacokinetics was maintained. Ophelia earned a Ph.D. in Pharmacology from Fudan University between 1995 and 1998.
