Kailey Bradt

Kailey Bradt is a seasoned entrepreneur and consultant with extensive experience in product development and innovation across various industries, including beauty, food, and biotech. As the founder of Syndeo, established in October 2024, Kailey fosters collaboration among innovators, brands, and investors in the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) sector. Prior to this, Kailey founded Susteau, which pioneered the waterless beauty movement, introducing award-winning products like the Moondust Hair Wash. Kailey has also served as a consultant at KR Consulting since January 2022, providing strategic advice to startups and established brands. Previously, Kailey held significant positions at Drywired®, leading product development initiatives, and gained foundational experience through internships and research roles during studies at Rochester Institute of Technology, where Kailey earned a Master of Science in Product Development and a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering.
