William Finney

William Finney has a diverse work experience, beginning in 2011. From 2011 to 2012, they worked as an IT Intern at Abbott, where they tested new equipment for compatibility with existing infrastructure and new hardware in support of new standards for utilization. William then worked as a Consultant at Abbott from 2012 to 2013, where they developed a digital media strategy to market products internationally. In 2013, they worked as a Business Development Manager at Syndeo Networks, Inc., managing a wide range of responsibilities from business development, customer service, and sales to Level 1 technical support, documentation drafting, and project management. William also identified and qualified new markets for an emerging Wireless Internet Service Provider, developing the start-up division within the organization. In the same year, they worked as a Finance Manager and Partner at Kettle Cycles, where they worked closely with partners to develop a comprehensive business plan for presentation to potential investors. William also managed the day-to-day financial aspects of the organization. In 2011, they worked as a Graduate Assistant at Northern Illinois University, conducting hardware and software repairs and upgrades on university owned computers. William also developed and implemented marketing collateral as well as a database for use in the World Collegiate Sales Open competition.

William Finney obtained a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northern Illinois University, followed by a Master of Science in Management Information Systems from the same institution. In 2011, they also obtained a Cisco Certified Entry Networking Technician (CCENT) certification from Cisco.
