Aliona Andronava

Aliona Andronava is currently employed at Synder by CloudBusiness (YC S21) as a Customer Success Specialist and Support Specialist since 2021. Prior to this, they were employed at Calzedonia Group from 2020, where they held the role of Leading Sales Specialist. In this role, Aliona was responsible for providing product demonstrations to staff and clients, analyzing sales team performance, scheduling training/refresher sessions, conducting market research and sharing findings with the team.

Aliona Andronava is currently attending Minsk State Linguistic University, where they are pursuing a degree in Interpreter. Specialist in the sphere of tourism and intercultural communication, with a field of study in International and Intercultural Communication. Aliona began their studies in 2018 and is expected to graduate in 2022.
