Christelle le Fellic

Christelle Le Fellic is an experienced professional with a focus on collective intelligence, participatory democracy, and women's entrepreneurship. Currently serving as a Bougeuse at Bouge ta Boite since June 2024, Christelle aims to foster real diversity in the economy. Since 1999, Christelle has been with Syndex as a facilitator and consultant, simplifying complex issues for employee representatives and enhancing work conditions. Additional roles include coordinating integration and mentoring programs, co-piloting projects aimed at deepening participation within the organization, and serving on the supervisory board. Christelle also works as a coach facilitator at EDEC, has held leadership roles in youth development with Scouts et Guides de France, taught at Sciences Po Rennes, and contributed to international solidarity initiatives with CCFD-Terre Solidaire. Educational credentials include diplomas in coaching, political studies, and legal and financial engineering.
