Fabien Couderc

Fabien Couderc serves as the Head of the Brussels Office and a Consultant in economic and social affairs at Syndex since September 2021. Prior to this role, Couderc was a Policy Adviser for the CFDT, focusing on African and MENA countries from June 2018 to July 2021. Additionally, from January 2016 to June 2018, Couderc worked as a Delegate for the Workers Category at the European Economic and Social Committee, contributing as co-rapporteur on the Opinion CCMI/155 related to the European Defence Fund. Experience also includes a tenure as a Policy Adviser on Industrial Strategy, Sustainable Development, and Energy at the Federation of Metalworkers CFDT between October 2014 and May 2018, and various consulting roles in EU Public Affairs. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in European Economics from the College of Europe and advanced studies in European Affairs at ENA. Couderc holds multiple degrees in Economics and Sociology from Université Paris Nanterre and the University of Lille 1 Sciences and Technology.
