Justin Ridgely

Justin Ridgely is the current Head of Finance & Operations at Syndicate. Prior to this, they were the Director of Operational Finance at BlockFi from January 2021 to July 2021. Before that, they were the Sr. Director, Finance at Fundera from October 2018 to January 2021. Justin also founded Reboot Careers, a career platform designed for the over-50 generation, in March 2017 and ran it until July 2018. Additionally, Justin was the Finance and Strategy Lead at Dissectables LLC from October 2016 to February 2018. Dissectables LLC is a company that provides inexpensive, customizable, and dissectable organ models in order to enhance medical education and patient information. Finally, they worked as an Associate in the Investment Banking Division - M&A Group (Generalist) at Credit Suisse from July 2013 to May 2016 where they closed over $60 billion in public and private M&A transactions. Some of these deals include WPX Energy’s sale of Piceance Subsidiary to Terra Energy Partners for $910 million and the sale of Diamond Foods to Snyder’s-Lance for $1.9 billion.
