BJ Otts has a solid work experience in the field of account management and engagement in the foodservice industry. Starting in 2018, they worked as a Customer Success/GDSN Manager at Attribytes until January 2021. Following that, they joined Syndigo in January 2021 as the Director of Supplier Engagement.
