Rajeev Shanbhag

Rajeev Shanbhag has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies and roles. Rajeev is currently working as the Global Head of Partner Success at Syndigo since May 2019. Prior to this, they worked at Riversand as the Assistant Vice President and held various roles including Senior Director, Account Director, and Head of Support. Rajeev also served as the Senior Program Manager at Riversand, a Syndigo company, from 2007 to 2011. Before that, Rajeev worked as a Principal Consultant at Satyam Computer Services from 2004 to 2007. Rajeev also had a brief stint as a Program Manager and Principle at Intentia Consulting in 2004, where they implemented an ERP solution for supply chain and distribution. In addition, Rajeev worked as a Function Lead at Intentia Japan from 2000 to 2002 and as the Head of Production, Production Planning, and Quality Control at Duncan - Tire Molding Division from 1994 to 2000. Rajeev started their career as the Head of Quality Control at Gleitlager in 1992. Overall, Rajeev Shanbhag has extensive experience in various leadership and management roles across different industries.

Rajeev Shanbhag has a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering from Maharashtra Institute of Technology. Rajeev also completed the 360 Degree leadership certification from Duke University in 2007 and the PMP® Exam Training certification in 2004. In 2016, they obtained the Agile Project Management-Scrum Framework certification and completed the PMP® Exam re-Training. In 2020, they obtained additional certifications in Strategic Thinking and The Six Morning Habits of High Performers, both from LinkedIn.
