Bianca Isidro

Bianca Isidro has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Bianca is currently working as an Engineering Manager at Syndio, where they oversee the engineering team's operations. Prior to that, they served as a Senior Software Engineering Manager at Beachbody.

Before their current positions, Bianca worked at GrantEd (formerly MTM) as a Technical Manager. In this role, they collaborated with the CEO to shape the vision and strategy of a technical product and managed the development team to deliver features. Bianca also conducted focus group sessions to gather feedback from users.

Bianca also gained valuable experience at Pariveda Solutions, where they held various roles. As a Manager, they architected solutions for web applications and mentored developers. In their role as an Associate, they worked with clients to improve systems and guide junior team members. As a Consultant, they developed technological solutions and led interns and junior team members.

Bianca'searlier experiences include working as an Application Developer at QVC, where they created web services and served as an integration tech lead. Bianca also worked as an IT Intern at QVC and as a Web Developer at Gilda's Club Delaware Valley.

Bianca began their career as a Web Developer at Villanova University. Bianca holds a strong technical background and has demonstrated skills in project management, team leadership, and collaboration with clients.

Bianca Isidro completed their education at Villanova University from 2009 to 2013, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Computer Science. Prior to that, from 2005 to 2009, they attended Mother Seton Regional High School, although no degree or field of study information was provided for that period.

In addition to their formal education, Bianca Isidro has obtained several certifications from Amazon Web Services (AWS).
