Katrina Clement has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Katrina started their career at Universal Music Group as an Artist Development Intern, where they were responsible for maintaining software systems and creating press kits for promotional purposes. Katrina then worked at Starbucks as a Shift Supervisor for four years before joining 429 Records as a Digital Music Coordinator. In this role, they supported tour preparation, radio presence, and marketing for artists, as well as managed the label's digital catalog. Katrina then moved to Prescriptive Music as an Account Manager, where they consulted with clients to develop customized playlists and implemented a holiday music program. Katrina joined Amazon as a Technical Account Manager, overseeing the launch and delivery of Amazon Original series and movies on Prime Video. Katrina also served as a Vendor Manager at Amazon, responsible for expanding vendor selection and driving program adoption. Currently, Katrina is employed as a Customer Success Manager at Syndio.

Katrina Clement completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Communications from Saint Mary's College of California, from 2003 to 2007. Additionally, they obtained certifications in Inbound Marketing Certified and Inbound Certification from HubSpot in May and June 2021, respectively.
