Roya Shahilow

Roya Shahilow has extensive experience in human resources and business consulting, currently serving as Chief Of Staff and UK Head of HR at Synechron since March 2016. Prior roles at Synechron include Human Resources Manager and Senior Business Consultant. Before joining Synechron, Roya worked at Bloomberg LP as a Sales Associate focusing on Global Banks and Financial Analytics from January 2012 to February 2016. Additionally, experience as a Business Development Consultant at IFS - International Financial Services was gained from January 2011 to August 2012. Roya holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Economics from the University of East Anglia and a CIPD Level 7 Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from ICS Learn.
