Shervonne Bell, PMP, ITIL, CSPO has over 30 years of work experience in the IT field. Shervonne began their career in 1987 at Interealty Corporation as a Senior Associate. In 1997, they moved to JER Partners as an IT Project Coordinator/Applications Specialist. Since 2009, they have been employed at Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc, where they have held the roles of Product Manager (Technical) - PMP, ITIL, Partner Project Director, PMP, ITIL, and IT Manager - Applications Training and Support Services.

Shervonne Bell, PMP, ITIL, CSPO holds a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Computer Information Systems Science from the University of the District of Columbia and has studied Computer Science at North Carolina Central University. Shervonne has also obtained a Certificate in Project Management from the University of Maryland Baltimore County, a Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) from the Scrum Alliance, a Grants Management Certificate from Management Concepts, ITIL v3, and a PMP from the Project Management Institute.
