Yvette Wills, MHRM has a long and varied work experience. Yvette began their career in 2000 as a Field Services Coordinator at Kenneth Cole Productions. In 2004, they took on a role as Retail Sales Coordinator at Cole Haan, where they successfully managed a $100 million territory in the Southeastern region, resulting in a 40% increase in Cole Haan's men's and women's shoes and accessories. In 2010, they moved to McDonald's Corporation as a Supervisor (Operations, HR). Here, they led management of a combined $4 million franchise business and identified, developed and executed HR and operational strategies to increase employee engagement, drive sales and increase profit. Finally, in 2016, they were promoted to a permanent position as Human Resources Manager at Synectics for Management Decisions, Inc. In this role, they assisted the Human Resources Manager with responsibilities in the areas of benefits administration, employee relations, training, performance management, onboarding, policy implementation, affirmative action, and employment law compliance. Yvette also conducted New Hire Orientation and other employment activities, managed the administration of various human resource plans and procedures, and maintained the employee handbook.
Yvette Wills, MHRM completed a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) in Marketing from American InterContinental University between 2005 and 2006. Yvette then went on to obtain a Master Certificate in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2014 and 2017. Lastly, they obtained a Master's Degree in Human Resources Management and Services from Keller Graduate School of Management of DeVry University between 2017 and 2018.
