Natalie Simpson

Natalie Simpson currently serves as Head of People Success at Synectics Solutions, a position held since August 2020. Prior to this role, Natalie was employed at Keele University for a decade, where responsibilities included Head of HR (Operations) and HR Manager. Natalie's career further extends to the University Hospitals of North Staffordshire NHS Trust, where roles included Deputy HR Manager and Assistant HR Manager from July 2004 to September 2010. Academically, Natalie obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Biology with Psychology from Keele University between 2001 and 2004.
