Jeremy Hollister is the current Head of People Success at MakerDAO. Prior to this, they were with FinancialForce for 3 years, from July 2015 to September 2018, where they were senior director, total rewards. In this role, they were responsible for building and evolving Total Rewards for a growing SaaS ERP provider. Jeremy designed, built and managed compensation, incentive and equity programs worldwide, advised Management on pay decisions, policy and guideline interpretation as well as job evaluation including the design of creative solutions to specific compensation-related programs. Jeremy also ensured compensation and incentive plan design met the best interest of the organization with a vision toward future strategies and business objectives.
During their time at FinancialForce, they also collaborated with Employee Success Business Partners to design programs and policies that retain and motivate top talent and meet corporate objectives. Jeremy assessed, evolved and managed long-term savings, healthcare and paid/unpaid leave benefits. Jeremy also designed and delivered to the Compensation Committee proposals and review of: executive and general compensation, equity and incentive plan strategies and outcomes. Hollister built a business-centric team of compensation and benefits experts to support evolving company needs.
Jeremy Hollister has an MBA from Curtin University in International Management and a BA from American University in International Relations.
