Julia Benner

Julia Benner is an experienced HR professional with a strong background in recruitment, employer branding, and process optimization. Currently serving as an HR Business Partner at synedra IT GmbH since February 2022, Julia previously held the role of Human Resources Manager at Tourismusverband Wilder Kaiser from June 2020 to February 2022. Prior experience includes working as a Staffing Associate at Novartis from January 2017 to June 2020, where responsibilities encompassed various aspects of talent acquisition. Julia also completed an internship focused on talent acquisition and staffing during their time at Novartis, and began their career as an Associate Sales at ModePark Röther GmbH. Julia holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management and Economics from Universität Innsbruck, earned between 2011 and 2016.
