Vince McLaughlin

Vince McLaughlin started their career at Cognia as a VP of Enterprise Sales in 2013 before moving on to Phoenix IT, where they held a role with an unspecified title. In 2015, they joined Bullhorn and served as the Manager of Sales Engineering for EMEA and Asia Pacific, and later became the Director of Sales Engineering for EMEA and APAC. From 2018 to 2019, they worked at cube19 as the Director of Enterprise on an interim basis. In 2019, they joined Vincere.io as the Sales Director for EMEA and North America. In 2020, they founded VMC Consulting and worked there as the Founder until 2021. Vince then moved on to Globus.ai, where they served as the SVP of Global Sales and Marketing from 2021 to 2022. In 2023, they worked at Tooled Up Raccoons as the Chief Revenue Officer and also had a brief role as a part-time Sales and Marketing Guru. Later in 2023, they became the CEO of Synel Industries UK. Currently, they are working as a Consultant at MembersOnly HQ, specializing in recruitment agency leadership.

Vince McLaughlin attended Palmers sixth form college from 1992 to 1994, where they studied A level Maths, Further Maths, and Physics. From 1999 to 2004, they obtained a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Mathematics and Computer Science from The Open University.
