Shirly Deri

Shirly Deri's work experience includes roles in various companies and positions. Most recently, they serve as the Vice President of Human Resources at SYNEL MLL PayWay Ltd., where they work closely with other VPs and directors to prioritize business goals, employee retention, and effective organizational structure. Shirly is responsible for global locating and recruiting senior positions, as well as the onboarding process and employment agreements. Prior to this, Shirly was the CEO & Project Manager at Be'er Ya'akov Municipal corporation of community Development, where they established and managed a municipal corporation in the field of community services, informal education, culture, music, sports, and youth. Shirly has extensive experience in project management, employee motivation, and success-oriented approaches. Shirly also previously served as the Education Division Manager at beer yaakov municipality organization, where they managed human capital and led a division team according to objectives. Additionally, Shirly worked as an Assistant to the Sales Division Manager and Sales Operations & Data Analyst at jafora-tabori, as well as a Customer Service Training Manager and Customer Service Center & Service Contracts Department Manager at Reshef - Brother Israel.

Shirly Deri obtained a Master of Business Management (MBA) degree with expertise in Organizational Culture & Human resource management from Ono Academic College from 2012 to 2014. Prior to that, they completed a Bachelor's degree in Management and Business Law from The Open University of Israel, which spanned from 2003 to 2011.

In addition to their formal education, Shirly Deri has also obtained several certifications. In April 2021, they completed training to become a CEO in a municipal corporation at HaShalton HaMekomi. In January 2020, they earned a certification as a Mathematics Teacher from Levinsky College of Education. In July 2019, they completed training required for a new CEO in a municipal corporation at Meshard HaPnim. Lastly, they obtained certifications in excel visual basic in April 2000 and Excel for experts in March 2000 from SIVAN.
