Heather Lantz serves as the Sales Training Manager for Deployment Solutions at Syneos Health Learning Solutions since January 2022, where Heather focuses on creating customized programs that enhance customer outcomes and ROI. Previously, Heather held the position of Clinical & Business Development Educator at Jan Marini Skin Research from February 2019 to December 2021, emphasizing innovative technologies and customer success. As Head of Education & Development at Unilever Prestige from February 2017 to December 2018, Heather managed a team of Regional Educators to implement impactful training programs and resources across various platforms. Heather's earlier roles include Sales & Education Executive and Market Educator at Murad, and the founder of the Aesthetics Institute of St. Louis, the first esthetic education school in the area. With a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Truman State University, Heather has also worked as a Business Analyst at Cap Gemini and MobileLynX, managing multimillion-dollar projects for Fortune 500 companies.
