Jessica Crooks Rn

Jessica Crooks, RN, is an experienced healthcare professional with a strong background in project management and solution implementation. Currently serving as Solution Implementation Manager and formerly as Senior Solution Implementation Specialist at Syneos Health Learning Solutions since August 2020, Jessica manages project execution and leads MLR submissions. Previously, Jessica worked as a Project Manager at Educational Resource Systems Inc., overseeing advisory boards and speaker training for major pharmaceutical companies, and has expertise in platforms such as Cvent, Zinc, and Veeva. Early career experience includes roles in sales and clinical consulting, as well as extensive nursing experience in intensive care settings. Jessica holds a BSN in Nursing from Seton Hall University and an RN diploma from Ann May School of Nursing.
