Angela Rodriguez

Angela Rodriguez is an experienced finance and operations leader currently serving as the Head of Finance for Public Relations at Syneos Health Communications since February 2018. In this role, Angela has scaled operations, managed a high-performing team, and developed strategic change management approaches to enhance organizational efficiency. Previous positions at Syneos included Vice President of Operations and Director of Agency Operations, where Angela built an operations department and established an analytics and reporting framework. Prior experience includes roles as a Senior Consultant at IBM, where Angela contributed to various client engagements, and internships at Boeing and CPG International focused on supplier management and procurement. Angela holds a Bachelor of Science in Supply Chain Management and Finance from Lehigh University.
