Douglas Mills has over two decades of experience in the communications and advertising sectors, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer of both Communications and Advertising at Syneos Health Communications since November 2018. Prior to this role, Douglas Mills held various senior positions at GSW, powered by Syneos Health, from January 1997 to October 2018, including CFO/COO, EVP, Chief Operating Officer, and EVP, Managing Director. Douglas Mills began their career in account management roles and progressed through several leadership positions. Douglas Mills earned a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Miami University between 1991 and 1995.
