Ayanna Reynolds

Ayanna Reynolds is a seasoned professional in clinical operations with over two decades of experience in the healthcare and clinical research industry. Currently serving as a Clinical Operations Lead/Clinical Trial Manager at Syneos Health since August 2019, Ayanna has previously held significant roles such as Clinical Team Manager at ERGOMED CLINICAL RESEARCH and Principal CRA at PPD. Early career experiences include positions at Quintiles, where Ayanna progressed through roles from Senior Clinical Trials Assistant to Senior Clinical Research Associate III. Ayanna began their professional journey as a Medical Laboratory Technologist with the American Red Cross. Ayanna earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from Michigan State University and holds a high school diploma from Arthur Hill High School.
