Chang Liu

Chang Liu is a highly experienced biostatistician with a strong academic background in statistics, holding a PhD from the University of Rochester School of Medicine and Dentistry. Currently serving as a Senior Biostatistician at Syneos Health since January 2022, Chang previously held similar roles at ICON GPHS and worked as an instructor at Virginia Commonwealth University School of Medicine, where guided support was provided to medical students. Previous positions also include biostatistician/epidemiologist at Inova Fairfax Medical Campus, where study protocols and REDCap databases were developed, and a research/teaching assistant role at the University of Rochester, supporting graduate-level statistics education and clinical studies. Chang's educational credentials include a Master's degree from Columbia University and a Bachelor's degree in Econometrics with a minor in Finance from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics.
