Costa Panagos

Costa Panagos is an experienced executive in the healthcare and pharmaceutical sectors, currently serving as Chief Executive Officer at Syneos Health since October 2024. Previously, Costa held various leadership roles at IQVIA from August 2018 to September 2023, including President of R&D, R&D Operations, and Clinical Operations. Prior to that, Costa was the CEO of Q² Solutions from July 2015 to August 2018, and also spent 16 years at Quintiles in various positions. Costa's career initiated at Bayer Pharmaceuticals in sales from January 1998 to August 1999. Costa holds a Bachelor's degree in Biology from Brown University and an MBA from The University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
