Jelena K.

Jelena K. serves as Vice President, Head of Site Activation Management and Site ID team at Syneos Health since July 2017, providing global functional leadership in site identification and project management. Previously, Jelena held several leadership positions at Syneos, including Vice President of Site Activation Management and Head of SSU Customer Success Department, as well as Executive Director of SSU & Regulatory. With a proven track record of managing diverse teams of approximately 300 members across over 40 countries, Jelena has also been active in the Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association since April 2018, serving as a champion for the Syneos Health Serbia Ambassador Program. Prior experience includes roles at INC Research and IQVIA, specializing in regulatory affairs and site activation. Jelena earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Molecular Medicine from the University of Siena and a B.Sc. in Biology, Genetics, and Molecular Biology from the University of Belgrade.
