Jovana Miljevic

Jovana Miljevic is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Worktime & Pay Team Leader at Syneos Health since November 2020. Prior to this role, Jovana held various positions at Kuehne+Nagel from December 2011 to November 2020, including HR Process Specialist and HR Service Center Team Leader. Earlier experience includes an internship in Human Resources at TELEKOM Serbia, where responsibilities involved job analysis, employee onboarding, and conducting research on job satisfaction. Jovana holds a degree in Business Psychology from the Faculty of Legal and Business Studies, Dr Lazar Vrkatic, obtained in January 2010.
