Kulwant Nashad

Kulwant (Kul) Nashad, CBCP, serves as a Principal IT Compliance Analyst at Syneos Health since September 2021, where responsibilities include developing and governing a global disaster recovery (DR) program and ensuring compliance across over 600 systems and applications. Previously, Kul held various roles at Managed Continuity Services (An IBM Company)/IBM Resiliency Services from 2004 to present, including Technical Services Program Manager, leading technical services for client data centers, and Business Recovery Manager, overseeing data centers and developing service catalogs. Additional experience includes roles at SchlumbergerSEMA Global Recovery Services and SEMA Group Recovery Services, where Kul managed technical teams and implemented client recovery solutions. Kul holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science with Law from De Montfort University.
