Lisa Mitchell

Lisa Mitchell is a seasoned risk management professional with extensive experience in both global and corporate settings. Currently serving as Senior Director of Global Risk Management at Syneos Health since March 2018, Lisa has established an enterprise risk management (ERM) program and oversees a global insurance program. Previously, Lisa held leadership roles in risk management at Sentinel Risk Advisors, LLC, and Quintiles, where responsibilities included managing ERM functions, coverage placement, and supervising a team of risk management professionals. Early in the career at Bausch & Lomb, Lisa managed risk for a global manufacturer while also providing support for computer applications. Lisa holds an MBA in Business and Finance from St. John Fisher University, a BS in Business Administration from SUNY Brockport, and an AAS in Business Administration from Genesee Community College.
