Patrick Hoffman

Patrick Hoffman is a seasoned real estate leader with extensive experience in corporate real estate management. Currently serving as the Senior Vice President of Corporate Real Estate and Services at Syneos Health since June 2020, Patrick oversees all physical infrastructure, including clinics and office spaces, while driving workplace transformation initiatives for enhanced efficiency. Prior to this, Patrick held the position of Vice President of Real Estate at Advance Auto Parts, managing a large team and optimizing a portfolio of over 5,000 stores. Patrick has also contributed significantly to Red Hat's global real estate strategy, was a Senior Director at McDonald's Corporation overseeing international development efforts, and began the career at CBRE focusing on retail site selection. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in Law from the University of Pittsburgh and a Bachelor of Arts in Geography and Urban Planning from Indiana University of Pennsylvania.
