Rashmi Hardas

Rashmi Hardas is an experienced professional in clinical data management with a career spanning over 18 years. Currently serving as Manager of Data Management at Syneos Health since November 2021, Rashmi has held various significant positions, including Principal Clinical Data Manager at IQVIA and Data Operations Lead at Parexel. Previous roles also include Senior Clinical Data Manager at Theorem Clinical Research and inVentiv Health Commercial, as well as Lead in Data Management and Data Manager II at SIRO Clinpharm Pvt. Ltd. and Novartis, respectively. Rashmi began their career as an Executive in the Product Registration Cell at Cipla. Rashmi obtained a Bachelor of Pharmacy degree from Bombay College of Pharmacy, completing studies from 1998 to 2001.
