Tammy D'Lugin-Monroe

Tammy D'Lugin-Monroe is the Chief of Staff at Syneos Health since January 2024, previously serving as SVP Global Head Therapeutic Strategy and Innovation at Syneos Health Clinical Solutions from December 2019 to February 2024. Prior experience includes roles as Executive Director at Acurian Inc., and Senior Director Project Management at PPD, specializing in cardiovascular and metabolic diseases. Tammy has held senior project leadership positions with Premier Research and PPD, overseeing global research programs and multi-study projects across various therapeutic areas. With a Master's degree in Organizational Leadership specializing in Global Management and a BA in Project Management from Ashford University, along with an Associate Degree in Nursing, Tammy combines extensive healthcare expertise with strong project management skills.
