Victor Ferland

Victor Ferland is an experienced HR professional currently serving as the HR Manager at Syneos Health since July 2023, where responsibilities include adapting HR strategies for the Canadian territory and serving as an HR reference for a hybrid multi-site environment. Prior to this role, Victor held multiple positions at Robotiq, including Team Leader HR and Human Resources Advisor, managing compensation strategies, benefits, and HR operations, as well as advising on HR matters across several geographical territories. Earlier experience includes recruitment roles at IKEA Group and Avico Packaging, as well as educational and administrative roles at the Government of Alberta and the National Assembly. Victor holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a focus on HR from Université Laval and a College Degree in Business from Cégep de Sainte-Foy.
