Bryan Abney

Bryan Abney has extensive experience in the pharmaceutical and biochemistry industry. Bryan started their career at Beam Global Spirits & Wine as a Chemist III in 2005. From there, they worked at various companies such as Intranasal, Inc as a QC Manager, Coldstream Labs as an Associate Director of QC - Analytical, and Sovereign Pharmaceuticals as the Director of Analytical Chemistry and Microbiology. In 2012, they joined Alcon Laboratories, Inc as the Manager of the QC Chemistry laboratory. Bryan then moved on to Catalent Pharma Solutions as a Technical Operations Leader in 2013. Bryan Abney joined Summit Biosciences Inc as an Associate Director of Pharmaceutical Development in 2016. In 2018, they took on the role of Senior Director of Quality at American Laboratories, Inc and later became the Director of Quality Control. Bryan continued their career at PolyPeptide Group, where they served as the US Head of Quality Control and later the US Head of Quality. Currently, they are working at Syner-G BioPharma Group as the Director of Quality and Compliance.

Bryan Abney pursued their education with a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from Eastern Kentucky University, during the period from 1987 to 1991. Bryan later advanced their studies by obtaining a Master's degree in Organic Chemistry from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis, from 1998 to 2000.
