Karen Casey

Karen Casey has a diverse and extensive work experience. Karen most recently worked as the Chief People Officer at Syner-G BioPharma Group starting from December 2022. Prior to this, they held the role of Official Contributor at Forbes Human Resources Council since November 2020.

From March 2020 to November 2022, Karen served as the Chief People Officer at Canidae Pet Food. In this role, they led the transformation of the people and culture organization, implementing strategic initiatives across various areas such as talent management, diversity, equity, and inclusion, and culture development.

At Procter & Gamble, they served as the Director of Human Resources Business Partner (Information Technology), Director of Global Organizational Learning and Development, Career Development and EVP, and Director of Global Talent Acquisition, among other roles.

At The Gillette Company, Karen worked as the Manager of Compensation and Benefits, Manager of Human Resources, and HR Business Partner in different capacities.

Additionally, Karen has experience in academia as an Adjunct Faculty Member at Northeastern University, teaching courses on Career Development and Growth Mindset to undergraduate students from August 2013 to January 2018.
