Senior Director of CMC Development and Project Management at Syner-G BioPharma Group

Mao Yin has a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry, starting with their current role as the CSO and Founder of Primelink Biotherapeutics. Prior to this, they served as the Senior Director of CMC Development and Project Management at Syner-G BioPharma Group. Before that, they worked as a Pharmaceutical Consultant at Meizi, LLC, where they provided services to multiple pharmaceutical companies, overseeing drug substance and product development, bioconjugation process development, and analytical method development. Mao also has experience as the Executive Director of Product Development at Cello Therapeutics, where they led the development of drug delivery systems and oversaw various scientific aspects of the company. Mao'searlier experience includes roles at Mersana Therapeutics, where they led the discovery and process development of clinical stage ADCs and served as a Principal Investigator and Group Leader. Mao Yin's education history begins with earning a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Organic and Polymer Chemistry from the University of Science and Technology of China. This took place from 1988 to 1993. Subsequently, Mao Yin pursued further studies at Michigan State University, where from 1994 to 2000, they obtained a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree in Organic and Polymer Chemistry. After that, from 2000 to 2003, Mao Yin attended Harvard Medical School - Massachusetts General Hospital, completing a Post-Doctor degree in Drug delivery and discovery.
