Kim Oguilve serves as the Head of Marketing and Communications at Synergi since March 2023, overseeing various aspects of marketing including product marketing and performance strategies. Concurrently, Kim has been an Investor and Communications Lead at Revieve since April 2021, managing global communications efforts and establishing PR operations while achieving significant growth in media mentions. Previously, Kim held roles such as Brand Communications Manager at Revieve, where responsibilities included external communications and content marketing, and Chief Marketing Officer at Maria 01, successfully enhancing the brand's presence in the Nordic startup ecosystem. Additionally, Kim has contributed to diversity initiatives as a Steering Committee Member for Inklusiiv and gained experience in marketing and communications through positions at Silo.AI, Magisso, and other organizations. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Communication and Marketing Management from Haaga-Helia University, complemented by degrees in Tourism & Hospitality Management and Business Administration.
