Deborah Hajek is a Customer Success Administrator at Synergi since May 2023, where responsibilities include managing customer contract and license renewals, maintaining customer records, and providing customer support alongside the Customer Success Manager. Prior to this role, Deborah worked at West Denton Community Centre for four years as a Reception and Admin, handling administrative tasks, reception duties, and engaging with a diverse range of users. Deborah's experience also includes serving as an Administration & Training Co-ordinator at ITPS from 2000 to 2008, where coordination of training courses and resource management were key responsibilities. Educational qualifications include a Higher National Diploma in Applied Music Studies from Newcastle College, an RSA NVQ in Information Technology from Jobwise Tynedale Ltd, and various diplomas and GCSEs from West Denton High School. Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, Dynamics CRM, Business Central, and Autotask.
