Jessica Teal, M.S.

Jessica Teal, M.S., currently serves as the Director of Sales Operations at Synergi Partners since June 2018. Previously, Jessica was an Adjunct Professor of Psychology at Florence-Darlington Technical College from September 2017 to January 2020, where responsibilities included developing curriculum plans and engaging students in the discipline of psychology. Prior to this role, Jessica worked at the Drug Enforcement Administration from March 2010 to August 2017 as a Personnel Research Psychologist, focusing on the development and evaluation of agency selection tools and managing training for over 1,000 assessors. Jessica also held the position of Psychology Technician at the DEA, contributing to personnel studies and job analyses. Earlier experience includes serving as a Graduate Assistant at the University of Baltimore and a Human Resources Intern at Carolina Pines Regional Medical Center. Jessica holds a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from the University of Baltimore and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Coastal Carolina University.
